NEW PROPOSED CHANGES COMING.......

, Requirement for ALL new members to take and pass the online examinations at levels 1, 2, & 3. Depending on their level of registration and licensure.

, We will now need to see evidence from new members that their course contained a minimum amount of face-to-face practical training and clinical rotations through official log books. This is to combat Diploma-Mill style courses and courses that are delivered 100% online. We are dealing with people's lives, so we need to take proper training, assessment and quality assurance procedures seriously. Members who can not evidence this will be offered Registration ONLY or provisional licensure and will not be eligible for full Licensure until they have completed clinical training requirements.
, The minimum is currently set to 1000 hours for ND's and 600 for DN's. ND's can complete a DN by taking 1 extra level/year minimum.

, We will list all providers from whom we won't accept qualifications from, as well as those who we will.

, For an accredited course in the UK we only accept the UCHSc, which is our main partner and centre of excellence in the UK. ROI and Madrid. We also accredit and accept ND & DN qualifications issued by UCHSc Madrid branch. PhDs are NOT accepted as a primary ND or DN qualification. They are post-graduate specialist. Candidates must first hold ND or DN registration and licensure before they will be admitted to that level of the register. Otherwise they will only be admitted to the appropriate level upon application.

, All CPD can be undertaken online in your account here automatically, and we won't need to audit you.
